Job Description
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Manage team with over 20 sales/BD staffs
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance metrics to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the HR technology, SaaS, or B2B services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and drive.
