Product Research & Development

Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, fashion trends, and consumer behavior to identify product opportunities.
Develop brand positioning, propose strategies, and generate creative ideas for new product lines.
Plan and oversee the full product development process, from concept to prototype, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and brand image.

Team Management & Leadership

Organize, manage, and coordinate R&D team activities throughout each development phase to ensure efficiency and high-quality outcomes.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to strengthen R&D capabilities.
Establish KPIs, monitor team performance, and promote collaboration between departments.
Foster a positive team culture that encourages innovation and teamwork.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Supply and Production teams to develop and supervise sample production, ensuring quality, progress, and technical standards are met.
Monitor and control product quality during development and trial production phases.

Reporting & Other Tasks

Prepare reports on R&D activities and project progress.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience as a Product Development Team Leader.
Previous experience in the fashion industry, especially in mid-high to premium segments, is strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent analytical abilities to assess business, marketing, and competitor insights for timely decision-making.
Proficiency in market research and consumer behavior analysis.
Good communication and cross-department coordination skills.
Creative mindset, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
