- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with Employer Branding (EVP).
- Improve recruitment processes with a service mindset.
- Build team capability and ensure a strong talent pipeline that supports business needs.
- Develop medium- and long-term recruitment strategies aligned with company growth direction.
- Design and implement Employer Branding (EB) campaigns.
- Manage and create recruitment content across multiple platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with Marketing for integrated communication campaigns.
- Optimize the recruitment process with a professional service mindset.
- Standardize recruitment tools (job descriptions, interview kits, assessment criteria).
- Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, from application to onboarding.
- Propose and implement applications to track and evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
- Handle hiring for mid-management to high-management positions.
- Manage recruitment budget, KPIs, and ensure hiring quality.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for critical roles.
- Directly interview for key roles.
- Lead, coach, and grow a recruitment team of 2-5 junior members.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate performance.
- Foster a culture of ownership, improvement, and collaboration within the team.
- Work closely with HRBP and department heads to align on talent needs.
- Provide strategic talent acquisition consultation to HRM.
- Deliver regular reports on hiring progress, candidate quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with HRBP and Internal Communications to design and implement initiatives that promote company culture.
- Propose creative ideas to boost employee engagement, especially during onboarding, career milestones, and holidays.
- Create internal communications content: newsletters, videos, email campaigns, and employee inspiration stories.
- Act as an "internal storyteller" who conveys the employer brand voice and values within the workplace.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including 1 year in a team lead role.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools is advantageous.
- English proficiency: Intermediate or above.
