JOB BRIEF:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition (Senior level) to join our company and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional employees:
In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees.
As the Talent Acquisition (Senior), you will lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
+ Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
+ Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
+ Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
+ Assist in employee retention and development
+ Supervise recruiting personnel
+ Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Yêu cầu công việc
+ At least 05 years of TA experience (Non-Tech)
+ Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
+ Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
+ Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
+ Excellent communicator. Well-organized
+ BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field.
