Mô tả công việc

Develop and implement initiatives to promote sustainable coconut farming practices among farmers and local buying agents.
Plan, organize, and manage projects related to coconut sustainability.
Collaborate with various stakeholders (local government, company departments, farmers, buying agents, certification bodies) to drive the adoption of sustainable practices.
Analyze and monitor data related to sustainability programs/projects and their impacts.
Manage project budgets and timelines, adapting to changes and delays.
Analyze and evaluate the overall effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
Lead and manage a team of two organic agronomist staff.

Yêu cầu công việc

4-5 years of experience in coconut sustainability.
Experience in budget planning and project management.
Proven ability to successfully implement certification processes (RFA, 4C, Organic).
Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
