- Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscapes, market dynamics, and best practices.
- Strategy Development: Lead the development of the corporate strategy, collaborating with senior leaders to define strategic priorities and identify growth opportunities.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on key business decisions (M&A, partnerships, market entry).
- Strategic Initiatives: Develop and execute strategic initiatives, including market entry strategies, business development plans, and investment strategies, to achieve company goals and improve business performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across different departments to ensure successful execution and alignment of strategic initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring & Risk Management: Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, identify potential risks, and recommend adjustments.
- Communication & Reporting: Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and updates on strategic performance.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in a multinational company (MNC).
- Background in Investment Banking, Consulting, Auditing, or Big4 firms is preferred.
- A strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
