- Production Supervision & Quality Verification: Supervise production runs at third-party factories, verifying daily output against established quality protocols and analyzing process data.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Represent quality and food safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
- Technical Assessment & Problem Solving: Interpret experimental data, support the technical evaluation of proposals, and contribute to the development of robust processes.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Respond to customer complaints, support third-party investigations, and contribute to Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) plans.
- Collaboration & Auditing: Collaborate effectively with third-party technical teams and provide support during customer visits and audits.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of global food safety and quality regulations.
- Good understanding of food microbiology, BRC (British Retail Consortium) standards, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
