Mô tả công việc
- Draft, review, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production processes.
- Ensure all SOPs are properly archived, version-controlled, and distributed to relevant departments.
- Assist production teams in implementing SOPs correctly; provide guidance during daily operations.
- Organize and conduct SOP training for operators, technicians, and new employees.
- Conduct internal audits to verify SOP compliance; coordinate with pilot technician teams for process standardization.
- Collect feedback from production teams to continuously improve SOP clarity, practicality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with IE and Production teams to align process documentation with company standards.
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager or supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP software.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Project and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience (e.g., process engineering, tech transfer).
- English or Chinese language skills (preferred but optional).
