Mô tả công việc

Draft, review, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production processes.
Ensure all SOPs are properly archived, version-controlled, and distributed to relevant departments.
Assist production teams in implementing SOPs correctly; provide guidance during daily operations.
Organize and conduct SOP training for operators, technicians, and new employees.
Conduct internal audits to verify SOP compliance; coordinate with pilot technician teams for process standardization.
Collect feedback from production teams to continuously improve SOP clarity, practicality, and efficiency.
Collaborate with IE and Production teams to align process documentation with company standards.
Perform other tasks assigned by manager or supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP software.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Project and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum one year of relevant experience (e.g., process engineering, tech transfer).
English or Chinese language skills (preferred but optional).
