Job Description

  • Draft, review, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production processes.
  • Ensure all SOPs are properly archived, version-controlled, and distributed to relevant departments.
  • Assist production teams in implementing SOPs correctly; provide guidance during daily operations.
  • Organize and conduct SOP training for operators, technicians, and new employees.
  • Conduct internal audits to verify SOP compliance; coordinate with pilot technician teams for process standardization.
  • Collect feedback from production teams to continuously improve SOP clarity, practicality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IE and Production teams to align process documentation with company standards.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by manager or supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience (e.g., process engineering, tech transfer).
  • English or Chinese language skills (preferred but optional).
