Creative & Communication Strategy

Clarify client briefs and collaborate with the Business Development team to debrief and provide strategic perspectives.
Conduct research, analyze consumer insights, and perform competitive benchmarking.
Develop strategic approaches and communication frameworks with practicality for execution, under Strategy Manager supervision.

Ideation & Creative Process

Research new initiatives, trends, and updates from the communication landscape.
Craft creative briefs and facilitate creative briefing sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Design, Account) to develop feasible creative strategies and execution plans.

Proposal Development & Presentation

Develop integrated communication proposals guided by the Strategy Manager.
Monitor implementation plans of other internal teams to ensure quality and alignment with strategy.
Deliver client presentations and support the Account Team in consulting on social strategies.

Internal Collaboration

Support tasks assigned by the Strategy Manager.
Contribute to internal planning and cross-team collaboration to ensure overall project success.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business Administration or Marketing preferred).
At least 3 years of experience in strategic planning, advertising, or marketing.

Skills & Competencies

Strong strategic and creative thinking.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging media, and consumer behavior.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Excellent English (written and spoken).
Understanding of business and marketing principles is an advantage.
