We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior BI Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive BI dashboards.
- Perform ad-hoc and routine analytical tasks to provide actionable business insights.
- Manage and run the existing analytics and modeling pipeline.
- Work closely with senior management to provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Mentor and develop junior analysts.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 5+ years of experience as a BI or Growth Analyst.
- Proven experience in converting raw data into actionable insights, defining and implementing metrics, and building and optimizing BI data models.
- Expertise in Statistical and Quantitative Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Data Visualization techniques and tools.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing junior analysts.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).
