Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior BI Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive BI dashboards.
Perform ad-hoc and routine analytical tasks to provide actionable business insights.
Manage and run the existing analytics and modeling pipeline.
Work closely with senior management to provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Mentor and develop junior analysts.

Job Requirement

5+ years of experience as a BI or Growth Analyst.
Proven experience in converting raw data into actionable insights, defining and implementing metrics, and building and optimizing BI data models.
Expertise in Statistical and Quantitative Analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Data Visualization techniques and tools.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing junior analysts.

Nice-to-have:

Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).
