Mô tả công việc
1. Lead VN Corporate Sales Channel:
- Manage and oversee the corporate sales channel in Vietnam, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and objectives.
2. Market Forecasting and Business Planning:
- Forecast market trends and establish monthly and yearly business plans for the Corporate Sales Channel.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets and enhance market presence.
3. Personnel Management and Development:
- Manage and develop the personnel within the VN Corporate Sales Channel.
- Coach, train, and mentor sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
4. Business Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture business relationships with insurers and customers in the Corporate Sales Channel.
- Foster strong collaboration and partnerships with key stakeholders.
5. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Corporate Channel to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Outline long-term strategies to develop Gross Written Premium (GWP) and margin for Company.
6. Additional Tasks:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager to support overall business objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business management position within non-life insurance companies.
- Proven experience in coaching, training, and developing sales teams.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to establish plans with clear goals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent negotiation skills and acumen with sales data analysis.
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Honest, exemplary manager with a positive and progressive attitude.
- Committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
