New Customer Acquisition: Actively seek and acquire new end-users, conduct product introductions, provide sample testing support, negotiate contracts, and manage the onboarding process.
Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly sales targets, manage customer visits, provide technical advice, and ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
Reporting & Analysis: Submit timely and accurate sales reports, analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide insights to support business decisions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, provide excellent customer service, address inquiries and concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience: University degree or College diploma (preferably in Food Technology or Business Administration). Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales role within the flour or food & baking industry.
Specific Skills:
- Strong knowledge of flour applications.
- Proven sales skills, including negotiation, relationship building, and customer understanding.
- Ability to perform end-product costing analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Behavioral Competencies: Availability, awareness, strong follow-up, commitment to quality and efficiency, respect for others, time management, teamwork, honesty, communication, motivation, and problem-solving.
