Sales:

  • Implement sales planning.
  • Find and approach customers.
  • Sell wood products.
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships.

Claims:

  • Participate in the complaint-solving process: collecting evidence, making reports, consulting with superiors and related teams, and negotiating with customers.

Reports:

  • Prepare sales reports and other assigned reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience:

  • College graduate or higher.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in the wood industry.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of the wood industry, area culture, and negotiation principles.
  • Solid professional knowledge and up-to-date market information and trends.

Skills & Personality:

  • Ability to cooperate, communicate, and negotiate.
  • English proficiency (verbal and written); fluency in two or more languages is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to collect and summarize data.
  • Problem-solving skills in sales.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Honesty, detail-oriented, eagerness to learn, and a high sense of responsibility.
