Sales:

Implement sales planning.
Find and approach customers.
Sell wood products.
Maintain and expand customer relationships.

Claims:

Participate in the complaint-solving process: collecting evidence, making reports, consulting with superiors and related teams, and negotiating with customers.

Reports:

Prepare sales reports and other assigned reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience:

College graduate or higher.
2-3 years of experience in a similar position in the wood industry.

Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of the wood industry, area culture, and negotiation principles.
Solid professional knowledge and up-to-date market information and trends.

Skills & Personality:

Ability to cooperate, communicate, and negotiate.
English proficiency (verbal and written); fluency in two or more languages is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to collect and summarize data.
Problem-solving skills in sales.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Honesty, detail-oriented, eagerness to learn, and a high sense of responsibility.
