Sales:
- Implement sales planning.
- Find and approach customers.
- Sell wood products.
- Maintain and expand customer relationships.
Claims:
- Participate in the complaint-solving process: collecting evidence, making reports, consulting with superiors and related teams, and negotiating with customers.
Reports:
- Prepare sales reports and other assigned reports.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience:
- College graduate or higher.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in the wood industry.
Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of the wood industry, area culture, and negotiation principles.
- Solid professional knowledge and up-to-date market information and trends.
Skills & Personality:
- Ability to cooperate, communicate, and negotiate.
- English proficiency (verbal and written); fluency in two or more languages is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to collect and summarize data.
- Problem-solving skills in sales.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Honesty, detail-oriented, eagerness to learn, and a high sense of responsibility.
