Client Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and approach potential customers with logistics service needs (road, sea, rail, air, warehouse).
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve business growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
Quotation & Contract Management
- Prepare and manage quotations for logistics services in compliance with company policies.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts with clients.
- Follow up on contract execution to ensure all service terms are met.
Order Coordination & Operations Support
- Collaborate with the Operations (OP) team to ensure effective service delivery.
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any logistics-related issues.
- Act as the key point of contact between customers and internal departments.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track sales performance, provide reports, and analyze customer trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-sales support.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Logistics (preferably over 5 years).
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage (not mandatory).
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure.
- Team player with problem-solving ability.
