Sales & Customer Relationship Management

Visit dealers regularly to monitor inquiries and provide necessary support for ongoing business situations.
Accompany dealers on customer visits and facilitate technical meetings to resolve client issues and secure business opportunities.
Prepare accurate and professional quotations for customers to facilitate smooth sales closings.

Marketing & Market Intelligence

Conduct comprehensive marketing activities including competitor analysis, market research, and summary reporting.
Plan and manage exhibitions, private shows, and dealer training seminars to promote company products effectively.

Internal Coordination & Reporting

Collaborate with the Manufacturing Solution Team, Service Team, and Administration to ensure technical and service consultations are handled smoothly.
Prepare detailed internal reports and deliver presentations regarding work progress, market insights, and business updates.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Qualifications

University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience & Knowledge

Minimum of 3 years of professional working experience in a Japanese company environment.
Proven experience and deep knowledge of the machine tool industry is strictly required.

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
Advanced proficiency in Japanese is mandatory for this role; ability to communicate in English at a daily conversation level is required.
Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and negotiation skills.

Personality & Attitude

Adaptable, dynamic, and flexible with the ability to work independently.
Result-oriented with a strong openness to learning and updating new technical knowledge.
People-oriented, persistent, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
