- Meet owners / developers and M&E consultants to present solutions of HVAC systems.
- Follow up with customers' feedback to give advice on technical specifications.
- Make proposals for both new and existing projects: Replacement, Retrofit, Performance Guarantee, Energy Savings and Control systems.
- Work with sub-contractors about contracting cost, delivery and fulfillment schedules.
- Penetrate the market of installed bases and competitors to develop a list of high-potential projects.
- Prepare sales and order forecasts and reports.
- Meet personal targets for yearly Booking and Revenue.
- Report to C&C Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in HVAC and an understanding of Control systems.
- Experience of HVAC and basic knowledge of Chillers is an advantage. LEED AP certification is preferred.
- Working knowledge of cost and savings studies incorporating energy conservation measures.
- Ability to work independently with all levels of customers, especially working with Owners, Developers, and M&E contractors/consultants.
- Good command of English.
- At least 4 years of experience.
