Mô tả công việc

Meet owners / developers and M&E consultants to present solutions of HVAC systems.
Follow up with customers' feedback to give advice on technical specifications.
Make proposals for both new and existing projects: Replacement, Retrofit, Performance Guarantee, Energy Savings and Control systems.
Work with sub-contractors about contracting cost, delivery and fulfillment schedules.
Penetrate the market of installed bases and competitors to develop a list of high-potential projects.
Prepare sales and order forecasts and reports.
Meet personal targets for yearly Booking and Revenue.
Report to C&C Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

University degree in HVAC and an understanding of Control systems.
Experience of HVAC and basic knowledge of Chillers is an advantage. LEED AP certification is preferred.
Working knowledge of cost and savings studies incorporating energy conservation measures.
Ability to work independently with all levels of customers, especially working with Owners, Developers, and M&E contractors/consultants.
Good command of English.
At least 4 years of experience.
