Job Description
Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Visit dealers regularly to monitor inquiries and provide necessary support for ongoing business situations.
- Accompany dealers on customer visits and facilitate technical meetings to resolve client issues and secure business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations for customers to facilitate smooth sales closings.
Marketing & Market Intelligence
- Conduct comprehensive marketing activities including competitor analysis, market research, and summary reporting.
- Plan and manage exhibitions, private shows, and dealer training seminars to promote company products effectively.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Solution Team, Service Team, and Administration to ensure technical and service consultations are handled smoothly.
- Prepare detailed internal reports and deliver presentations regarding work progress, market insights, and business updates.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years of professional working experience in a Japanese company environment.
- Proven experience and deep knowledge of the machine tool industry is strictly required.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Advanced proficiency in Japanese is mandatory for this role; ability to communicate in English at a daily conversation level is required.
- Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and negotiation skills.

- Adaptable, dynamic, and flexible with the ability to work independently.
- Result-oriented with a strong openness to learning and updating new technical knowledge.
