Business Development & Client Management
- Drive business growth by promoting corporate banking solutions to SOEs and leading domestic enterprises.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate customers to ensure long-term retention.
- Proactively identify and develop relationships with potential high-value corporate clients.
Credit Risk Management & Documentation
- Analyze the credit risk profile of customers thoroughly.
- Manage the entire documentation process for financial transactions to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and assess the ongoing creditworthiness and risk profile of existing customers.
Global Collaboration & Administration
- Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with the bank's global network, with a particular focus on the Asia region.
- Administer the department's daily operational tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar banking or financial institution role.
- Extensive and proven experience in managing relationships with State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
- In-depth knowledge of credit risk analysis and transaction documentation processes.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- High level of expertise in credit risk analysis and financial appraisal.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
Personality & Attitude
- Dynamic, creative, and aggressive in pursuing business growth.
- Highly responsible, patient, and hard-working with a strong result-oriented mindset.
- Capable of maintaining high performance and efficiency while working under intense pressure.
