Mô tả công việc
- Plan and schedule weekly inspections based on shipping dates.
- Conduct inline and final inspections according to SOPs.
- Create and distribute formal inspection reports.
- Monitor factory performance and quality expectations.
- Monitor production timing and alert supervisors about potential delays.
- Provide training and support to factories regarding quality standards.
- Escalate significant quality issues to management.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends and discuss solutions with management.
- Work with factories to develop corrective actions.
- Monitor subcontracting factories to ensure compliance with company policy.
- Report anticipated delays due to inspection performance to management.
- Assist with onboarding and training new factories.
- Collaborate with the US team on quality issues and supplier relationships.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent English (all skills).
- At least 3 years of quality control experience (textiles or children's products preferred).
- Experience working with third-party companies is preferred.
- Enthusiastic and responsible work ethic.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken Vietnamese.
