Production Management

• Coordinate production preparation, trials, and completion according to procedures set by the customer.
• Control production output, rejection rate, raw material usage, and downtime.
• Analyze and identify root causes of machine or product issues, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve and prevent recurrence.
• Optimize product processes by improving steps that reduce machine productivity; develop and execute specific improvement plans.
• Ensure work processes and results comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements and internal procedures.

Quality Control & Process Improvement

• Develop and implement working procedures for subordinates to maintain stable product and machinery quality.
• Understand machine operation principles to control quality and prevent product errors.
• Collaborate with machine suppliers’ experts during new projects.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to analyze performance and improvement areas.

People Management

• Build a positive and collaborative working environment through effective communication and professional conduct.
• Conduct technical training for subordinates (Technicians, Packers).
• Assign and arrange manpower based on production plans.
• Monitor and control overtime (OT) according to company policy.

Operational & Administrative Tasks

• Manage product sorting and ensure proper segregation between good and rejected products.
• Coordinate with QC for product checks and handle rejected materials for reprocessing.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and tidiness in the production area.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer production requirements.

Planning & Decision-Making

• Plan and drive continuous improvements by applying updated technologies, systems, and processes to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or Industrial fields.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• At least 1 year of experience in plastic manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of stretch blow molding operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Good command of English (active communication required).
• Experience in manpower management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
