Factory Setup & Production Process Establishment

• Participate in new factory setup, including production layout, production line installation, machinery setup, and equipment acceptance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and QC teams to bring equipment into operation.
• Build production SOPs, work instructions, and control forms for each production stage.

Production Operations & Performance Control

• Prepare production plans, allocate resources, and coordinate daily or weekly production progress.
• Supervise production activities to ensure continuous operation, on-time delivery, and required product quality.
• Monitor productivity, defect rate, production KPIs, and handle production issues promptly.

Team, Quality & Cross-functional Coordination

• Support recruitment, training, and team building for production workers during the initial stage.
• Assign manpower properly across production lines or process stages and evaluate employee performance, discipline, and motivation.
• Coordinate with QC/QA to ensure output quality and compliance with occupational safety, fire prevention, and industrial hygiene requirements.
• Prepare regular production reports and work with Engineering, Purchasing, QC, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Education & Experience

• College or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Management, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Minimum 4 years of production experience, including at least 2 years in a production supervisory or management role; experience in new factory setup or production line expansion is required.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong skills in production planning, progress control, resource coordination, and production KPI management.
• Good leadership, team building, workforce management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Knowledge of production management tools such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ERP experience is an advantage.

Language / Other Requirements

• Chinese communication is preferred due to direct reporting to a Chinese General Manager; English is also acceptable.
• Age requirement: 30–40 years old.
• Ability to travel frequently and supervise directly at the production site during the start-up stage.
