Mô tả công việc

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality control departments to resolve any production issues.
Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials required for production.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory, using inventory management systems.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and negotiate favourable terms and conditions.
Analyse production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and material handling activities.
Lead, supervise, and train the PMC team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production and material handling areas.
Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
Maintain accurate records of production schedules, material usage, and inventory transactions.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 05 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Management, or a similar role, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
Proficiency in production planning and inventory management software (e.g., ERP).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of Chinese language.
