HR & Payroll Services
- Define and customize HR service scopes and business models that deliver strong value propositions to clients.
- Provide comprehensive HR solutions including but not limited to:
– Talent acquisition and training projects
– HR consulting and advisory services
– Employee outsourcing and expatriate management
– Human capital management and compliance advisory
– Payroll computation, tax returns, and social security insurance administration
Client Engagement & Service Delivery
- Proactively market and sell HR and payroll services to existing and potential clients.
- Manage end-to-end implementation and ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Provide guidance to clients to ensure their HR policies fully comply with local labor laws and related regulations.
- Conduct HR-related data analysis, develop reports, and present insights to clients.
- Continuously strengthen client relationships through professional consultation and proactive support.
Performance & Business Growth
- Achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor and measure business performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning and market development initiatives.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or HR Consultant.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and C&B (Compensation & Benefits) for multinational companies.
- Proven experience in HR consulting, outsourcing, or payroll management projects.
Skills & Competencies
- In-depth understanding of HR principles, functions, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent client relationship management and customer service orientation.
- Business acumen with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant HR management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in Chinese (both written and spoken) — required.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
