Mô tả công việc
- Develop HR service scopes and business models for clients, including talent acquisition, training, HR consulting, employee outsourcing, expatriate management, human capital management advisory, payroll, tax returns, social security, etc.
- Market and sell HR services and manage implementation and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and ensure client compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct HR analysis, develop reports, and present insights to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor strategy implementation and make adjustments to achieve business objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, best practices, and sound generalist HR knowledge applied in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with C&B for multinational companies.
- Familiarity with local labor law and regulations.
- Experience working on HR projects and in a Key HR advisory role.
- Strong customer focus.
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder/client management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Consultant.
- Strong presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office and other IT tools.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and complex environments.
- Fluency in Chinese and English is beneficial.
