Inventory Management (Inflow & Outflow)
- Control inventory by receiving documents, checking the quantity, and verifying the quality of imported (tax-exempt) or domestically purchased raw materials.
- Monitor the dispatch of raw materials to the production workshop based on technical specifications and track finished products for export container packing.
- Accurately record relevant accounting transactions, including Raw Materials, Work-in-Progress, and Finished Goods.
- Perform strict month-end reconciliations of inventory data with the warehouse department.
Tracking Standards & Waste Management
- Compare the actual amount of raw materials used with the production quota registered with the Customs authority to detect any unusual shortages.
- Monitor the amount of waste and by-products recovered from the production process for disposal or sale in accordance with customs regulations.
Inventory & Customs Reconciliation
- Coordinate with the warehouse manager to conduct periodic physical inventory checks (monthly, quarterly, annually) to ensure software data matches actual warehouse stock.
- Reconcile inventory balances strictly between the detailed accounting ledger, the warehouse inventory cards, and the customs final settlement report.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports detailing inflow, outflow, and stock levels for the Chief Financial Officer.
- Provide accurate data to the Import-Export department for the preparation of the Final Settlement Report submitted to the Customs authority.
Authority & Control
- Exercise authority to refuse inventory entry or exit if documents are incomplete, invalid, or lack the approval signature of an authorized person.
- Request the warehouse manager and relevant departments (Production, Purchasing, Import/Export) to promptly provide data, invoices, and documents related to the goods.
- Propose solutions for handling defective or damaged goods, and suggest methods to optimize storage space and warehouse management processes.
- Request a temporary suspension of shipments for clarification in case of serious discrepancies in the quantity or type of goods.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Experience working as a Warehouse Accountant or General Accountant in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of customs reconciliation, production quotas, and tax-exempt import procedures is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in accounting software (ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical reasoning and extreme attention to detail.
Personality & Attitude
- High sense of responsibility, honesty, and integrity.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.
