Mô tả công việc

Identify and develop HR service solutions tailored to client needs, encompassing talent acquisition, training, employee outsourcing, expatriate management, payroll, tax, and social security.
Proactively market and sell HR services, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
Provide guidance and ensure client compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Conduct HR analysis, develop reports, and present insights to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets for HR services.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or HR Consultant.
Strong C&B experience with MNC companies (from 500 headcounts).
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, local labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Fluency in English.
