Customer Relationship Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication with key B2B customers.
- Understand customer business models, pain points, and priorities to translate them into actionable internal requirements.
- Ensure clear alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities.
Project Management & Execution
- Lead projects from scoping to delivery with end-to-end ownership.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dashboards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance.
- Track project performance, milestones, and deliverables.
Commercial & Technical Alignment
- Translate technical specifications into clear commercial implications.
- Support business cases, pricing recommendations, and feasibility assessments.
- Ensure projects meet margin, cost, quality, and timeline expectations.
Operational Excellence & Governance
- Facilitate S&OP discussions related to client projects.
- Monitor readiness of production lines, materials, and quality requirements.
- Identify risks early, deploy mitigation plans, and document process improvements to standardize best practices.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- Certifications in project management such as PMP, Scrum, or Prince2 are an asset.
Experience & Knowledge
- 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, operations, supply chain, or commercial roles in a B2B environment.
- Experience working with manufacturing or industrial companies is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of B2B operations, supply chain, and industrial processes.
- Financial literacy including margins, cost-to-serve, CAPEX, and ROI.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong project management skills, with Agile or PMI being a plus.
- Cross-functional leadership, relationship management, analytical thinking, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and convert them into action plans.
Personality & Attitude
- Highly structured, disciplined, and proactive in identifying risks.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Resilient under pressure and collaborative rather than political.
- Ability to integrate multiple perspectives.
