Order Management and Risk Control

Lead the team to follow up with foreign customers, participate in business negotiations, and sign contracts.
Take responsibility for evaluating, monitoring, managing, and controlling risks for Japanese orders.
Manage business processes and control risks.

Customer Service and Communication

Respond to and handle customer requests in a timely manner.

Team Leadership

Train and guide subordinates.

Education & Qualifications

College degree or higher.

Experience & Knowledge

3-7 years of working experience (Senior level: 5+ years of experience in the garment industry).

Skills & Competencies

Proficient in Japanese (4 skills).
Good coordination and communication skills.
Teamwork spirit.

Personality & Attitude

Good conduct, no bad habits.
Ages from 23 to 40 years old.
