Job Description
Order Management and Risk Control
- Lead the team to follow up with foreign customers, participate in business negotiations, and sign contracts.
- Take responsibility for evaluating, monitoring, managing, and controlling risks for Japanese orders.
- Manage business processes and control risks.
Customer Service and Communication
- Respond to and handle customer requests in a timely manner.
Team Leadership
- Train and guide subordinates.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College degree or higher.
Experience & Knowledge
- 3-7 years of working experience (Senior level: 5+ years of experience in the garment industry).
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in Japanese (4 skills).
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Teamwork spirit.
Personality & Attitude
- Good conduct, no bad habits.
- Ages from 23 to 40 years old.
