Mô tả công việc

Provide legal advice and guidance to various departments within the company, including but not limited to management, finance, marketing, sales, and human resources.
Draft and review contracts and other documents in relation to daily operations, transactions, projects, etc. of the Company
Keep abreast of changes in legislation and regulations and provide proactive recommendations and strategies for compliance.
Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed, managing relationships and overseeing outsourced legal matters effectively.
Maintain good relations with relevant authorities and governmental agencies.
Perform other legal tasks assigned by the Senior Legal Manager from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in law.
Lawyer Practice Certificate is preferred.
At least 1-3 years of post-Bar experience practicing law in a law firm or as an in-house legal counsel.
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements; Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate a strong team spirit and a high sense of responsibility, exhibiting readiness to take on tasks beyond designated responsibilities.
Good written English, preferably English related to real estate
