Organizational Transformation & Effectiveness
- Lead organizational diagnostics and design change initiatives, identifying pain points and implementing reform solutions.
- Design organizational motivation solutions to enhance team collaboration, employee engagement, and management effectiveness while reducing internal inefficiencies.
- Drive global HR governance across overseas subsidiaries, ensuring effective integration in culture, policies, and collaboration.
Talent Strategy & Workforce Density Enhancement
- Establish talent quality standards and build evaluation systems to improve workforce competency.
- Optimize talent supply chain through precise recruitment, internal mobility, and high-potential employee development to secure key positions.
- Design differentiated incentive systems to attract and retain top talent.
Overseas HR Operations Management
- Lead HRBP, Recruitment, and SSC teams across international markets; establish HR policies compliant with local laws and cultural contexts.
- Enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Promote HR digitalization and AI applications (e.g., smart recruitment, employee self-service systems, data analytics platforms) to improve management effectiveness.
Culture Building & Employee Experience
- Implement corporate core values and cultural practices, ensuring consistency across global teams.
- Drive cross-cultural integration and identify issues in global workforce management, providing solutions for improvement.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
Experience
- At least 10 years of full-spectrum HR experience, including 5+ years as HR Director in large-scale manufacturing enterprises.
- Deep expertise in global HR management, particularly for overseas manufacturing bases.
- Strong track record in strategic HR planning, executive leadership, and talent management in fast-expansion environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced leadership, cross-department coordination, and executive communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on management experience.
- Fluency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong adaptability under fast-paced business expansion pressures.
