Policy Support & Case Handling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for policy-related questions and escalations from Moderators and Team Leaders.
- Review and resolve complex, sensitive or high-risk moderation cases.
- Escalate policy ambiguities or emerging risks to relevant stakeholders.
Quality & Operations Support
- Identify recurring moderation errors, policy gaps and process issues.
- Conduct case reviews and provide guidance to improve moderation accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor daily operational trends and flag risks or issues when needed.
Cross-functional Coordination & KPI Support
- Work closely with Operations, QA, Training and Policy teams to ensure alignment.
- Support Team Leaders in driving KPI achievement, including quality, productivity and SLA adherence.
- Provide guidance to help teams improve performance and maintain service quality.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- College degree or above; graduated candidates only.
- 1–2 years of working experience; customer service experience in e-commerce or service industries is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of customer service, moderation support, policy handling or BPO operations.
- Able to review cases, identify issues and provide clear guidance to team members.
- Good communication, problem-solving and team motivation skills.
- Passion for learning and creative problem-solving.
Language / Other Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese, equivalent to HSK5 or above.
- English at good/reading-comprehension level.
- Able to work rotating day shifts.
- Report to Customer Service Team Leader.
Personality & Attitude
- Careful, responsible and service-minded.
- Able to work in a fast-paced BPO/customer service environment.
- Strong ownership in issue follow-up and policy accuracy.
- Suitable for candidates with customer service mindset and flexibility in shift work.
