Channel Management
- Develop and execute promotions and activations at outlet level aligned with channel strategy, commercial planning, and assigned budgets.
- Ensure proper implementation of customer segmentation and channel playbook.
- Collaborate with Sales to deliver best-in-class activities aligned with segmentation and activation frameworks.
- Enhance brand visibility through POSMs, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact and ROI of promotional and activation initiatives.
Business Acumen & Intelligence
- Conduct monthly and quarterly channel performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies to drive channel development.
- Provide customer and consumer insights from the field to align offerings with market needs.
Budgeting & Control
- Prepare operational channel marketing plans with detailed budgets.
- Track spending, contracts, and payments to ensure alignment with strategic guidelines and efficiency.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- University degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in trade/field marketing.
- Alcoholic beverage or FMCG industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in English.
- Computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
