Job Description

Channel Management

Develop and execute promotions and activations at outlet level aligned with channel strategy, commercial planning, and assigned budgets.
Ensure proper implementation of customer segmentation and channel playbook.
Collaborate with Sales to deliver best-in-class activities aligned with segmentation and activation frameworks.
Enhance brand visibility through POSMs, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Monitor and evaluate the impact and ROI of promotional and activation initiatives.

Business Acumen & Intelligence

Conduct monthly and quarterly channel performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
Translate insights into actionable strategies to drive channel development.
Provide customer and consumer insights from the field to align offerings with market needs.

Budgeting & Control

Prepare operational channel marketing plans with detailed budgets.
Track spending, contracts, and payments to ensure alignment with strategic guidelines and efficiency.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

University degree.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in trade/field marketing.
Alcoholic beverage or FMCG industry experience is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in English.
Computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good people management skills with the ability to guide and coach subordinates.
