- Work with customers and the company team in China, coordinating operations, planning, and business commercials.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching potential markets, industries, and customers.
- Map value chains and identify gaps to find potential opportunities.
- Conduct market research to estimate sales volume and seasonality, and find out value chain margins.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operations, R&D, marketing, sales, and product development teams to develop strategies for new product/market launches and promotions.
- Understand potential customer requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Drive sales for identified opportunities.
- Drive initial branding efforts for selected products.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, agri-commodities/food/beverage sales.
- Good English and Chinese language skills (HSK4 or HSK5 equivalent).
- Good understanding of sales channels and strong contacts.
- Knowledge of business development processes and frameworks.
- Understanding of costing and good business acumen.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, and highly skilled at networking.
- Highly motivated and self-driven individual who takes ownership.
- Results-driven person with a strategic mindset.
