Job Description
Business Development and Client Management
- Develop plans to expand the corporate client base and promote advisory and corporate bond distribution services.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients while actively identifying and acquiring new clients.
- Lead business growth strategies to enhance the company’s advisory market presence and service portfolio.
Department Management and Leadership
- Oversee and take full responsibility for the department’s overall operations and business results.
- Train, guide, and develop team members to improve their professional capacity and performance efficiency.
- Ensure that the Advisory Department operates in compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
Financial Advisory Projects
- Manage and participate in corporate financial advisory projects, including capital raising, debt restructuring, and business valuation.
- Conduct company surveys and prepare customized advisory proposals based on client needs, market analysis, and legal requirements.
- Research legal frameworks, disclosure materials, and relevant approvals from state authorities to support project implementation.
- Ensure advisory deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Securities, or Accounting–Auditing.
- Possess a valid professional license issued by the State Securities Commission (SSC) — either Financial Analyst or Fund Management Certificate.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in finance, investment banking, or capital arrangement within securities companies, banks, or investment funds.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and securities regulations.
- Knowledge of financial products, investment advisory processes, and corporate valuation.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to execute work plans effectively.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
- Fluent in English and proficient in office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preferred candidates with CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications and a solid understanding of securities markets and investment law.
