Job Description
Strategy & Planning
- Build overall marketing plans to ensure consistency in brand positioning and business strategy.
- Develop, commit to, and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing plans.
Sales & Market Development
- Analyze the market, search for prospective customers, negotiate, and sign contracts.
- Handle after-sales customer care and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization
- Manage budgets and optimize digital channels including Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
- Commit to improving ROI and reducing the cost per acquisition for potential customers.
Financial & Operations Management
- Track revenue, cash flow, and debt to ensure optimal business performance.
- Build workflows, regulations, and document systems for the department.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage, train, and set KPIs for the Marketing and Sales team, including Content, Design, and Performance members.
- Coordinate marketing and sales efforts to optimize closing scripts and shorten the customer journey from brand awareness to purchase.
Brand Expansion
- Connect with KOLs and Influencers to deploy viral communication campaigns.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- 2 to 3 years of experience in multi-channel Sales and Marketing, covering both B2B and B2C sectors.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and customer persuasion skills.
- Excellent presentation, market information synthesis, and analytical skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Highly responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Strong commitment to achieving sales and marketing targets.
