Job Description
Sales & Client Relationship Management
- Engage in FX and Derivatives sales, including Interest Rate Swaps (IRS) and Cross-Currency Swaps (CCS).
- Solicit and develop relationships with Non-Japanese corporate customers.
- Search for potential customers and build up marketing plans via cross-selling strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams to deliver the best banking products and services to customers.
- Compile, analyze, and distribute comprehensive market reports.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- University degree in banking, finance, or related fields with in-depth knowledge of financial and banking markets.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience in Banking or Treasury sales, especially in FX and Derivatives sales.
- Good connections with Non-Japanese corporate customers.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English for both writing and speaking.
- High analytical skills combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills are considered an advantage.
Personality & Attitude
- Dynamic, sales-oriented, and full of initiative.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under pressure.
