Job Description
Equipment Maintenance & Repair
- Repair industrial sewing machines to ensure the uninterrupted progress of the sewing lines.
- Regularly inspect machinery to detect abnormal errors and report them to superiors in a timely manner.
- Detect mechanical or technical errors and fix them promptly to minimize production downtime.
Team Management & Collaboration
- Manage the daily attendance and work performance of the maintenance department staff.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments and production teams when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Vocational certificate, diploma, or equivalent training in Industrial Sewing Machine Repair or a related technical field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in repairing industrial sewing machines, specifically within the garment and clothing sector.
- Proven ability to repair all types of sewing machines used in the garment industry, including 1-needle, overlock, kansai, and 4-needle machines.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Chinese is required.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Enthusiastic, honest, and highly responsible in all daily operations.
- Proactive and dedicated to supporting the production team's goals.
