Job Description
Strategic HR & Organization Development
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's development orientation.
- Advise the Board of Directors on organizational models, personnel structure, headcount planning, succession planning, and team efficiency optimization.
- Build competency frameworks and career development paths for each position group.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Take full responsibility for all recruitment activities of the company.
- Build Employer Branding and long-term talent acquisition strategies.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, academies, and the IT/Game community to develop the talent pipeline.
Training & Performance Management
- Design and implement internal training programs including onboarding, management skills, professional skills, and leadership to enhance employee capabilities.
- Build and operate the performance evaluation system.
- Build promotion roadmaps and implement talent retention policies.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
- Develop, implement, and improve the salary, bonus, and benefits systems to remain competitive in the market.
- Manage the HR budget and evaluate HR cost efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with legal regulations regarding Personal Income Tax, Social Insurance, and Labor Relations.
- Perfect and monitor the execution of HR processes, regulations, and policies.
- Manage HR data, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics.
Corporate Culture
- Build and develop a corporate culture that fits a creative, youthful, and high-performance gaming environment.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in HR management roles, with strong expertise in recruitment and training.
- Prior experience working in the Game or Information Technology (IT) industry is highly required.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong HR team leadership skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent ability to work with data and perform data analysis.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills for senior management.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset and a decisive working spirit.
- Possess the mindset of a dedicated and visionary HR leader.
