Job Description
System & Network Administration
- Manage and maintain the company's network system.
- Build and manage the server room for the company's ERP system.
- Perform data backups for the company's information systems.
- Manage and maintain the factory surveillance system.
ERP Implementation & Development
- Support the implementation of the ERP system (Kingdee) and handle post-go-live maintenance.
- Build custom software development capabilities for the ERP system in Vietnam (post-2026).
IT Support & Asset Management
- Manage employee software and accounts, including Email, ERP, and MS365.
- Assist in the procurement of IT hardware and software, and manage IT assets.
- Provide hardware and software usage support for employees via the Help Desk.
Security & Team Leadership
- Manage information security and antivirus software.
- Manage and oversee all IT-related issues, including software and hardware.
- Manage and arrange the daily work and tasks of the IT staff.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology or related majors.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in ERP system implementation.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in Chinese and English.
- Good systems thinking, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, highly responsible, and capable of managing a team effectively.
- Strong ability to handle all IT operations and support end-users.
