Job Description
Equipment Maintenance & Repair
- Ensure all machines operate well to consistently meet production demands.
- Detect mechanical or technical errors and fix them promptly to minimize production downtime.
Team Management
- Manage the daily attendance, task allocation, and working efficiency of the maintenance department staff.
- Continuous Improvement
- Propose equipment improvements and advanced maintenance strategies to enhance machine utilization efficiency.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Intermediate vocational degree, diploma, or higher in Industrial Sewing Machine Repair or a related technical field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in repairing industrial sewing machines.
- Proven ability to repair all types of sewing machines commonly used in the garment industry, including 1-needle, overlock, kansai, 4-needle, and programmable machines.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Chinese, as Taiwanese or Chinese expatriates are highly preferred for this role.
Personality & Attitude
- Enthusiastic, careful, and honest in all daily operations.
- Hard-working with a high sense of responsibility towards the team and production goals.
