Job Description
Material Tracking, Purchasing & Inventory Management:
- Analyze and calculate material requirements for various factories.
- Purchase materials and ensure timely delivery in the correct quantities.
- Search, evaluate, and propose potential suppliers.
- Track inventory levels and set inventory benchmarks.
Material Expediting & Tracking:
- Track material delivery progress according to plans.
- Establish a material tracking system to meet inventory turnover requirements.
- Coordinate communication between related departments.
Obsolete & Exceptional Material Handling:
- Handle obsolete, surplus, or unused materials.
- Coordinate with Production Control and QC departments to manage exceptional material cases.
Reporting & Quality Management:
- Prepare periodic material and inventory analysis reports.
- Ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 quality management system.
Job Requirement
- College degree or higher.
- Good Chinese communication skills (speaking and writing).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer operations.
- Around 3 years of experience in Production Material Control (PMC).
- Ability to independently analyze and calculate material needs.
- Understanding of the ISO 9001 quality assurance system.
- Experience in sourcing and evaluating suppliers is preferred.
- Experience with ERP and SAP systems is preferred.
