Job Description
- Lên chiến lược marketing, định hình thương hiệu gắn liền với thương hiệu đồ chơi quốc dân.
- Định hình thông điệp thương hiệu: "Đồ chơi là công cụ phát triển trí tưởng tượng".
- Thực hiện các concept truyền thông đột phá.
- Đo lường và báo cáo về hiệu suất của các chiến dịch tiếp thị.
- Thiết lập ngân sách Marketing.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về định vị thương hiệu.
Job Requirement
- Kinh nghiệm từ 5 năm ở vị trí tương đương.
- Kỹ năng lên chiến lược, triển khai các chiến dịch quảng cáo truyền thông hiệu quả.
- Sáng tạo, đam mê, tư duy lớn.
