Job Description

  • Manage core HR functions, including recruitment, training coordination, payroll, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Work closely with the regional HR team to establish and optimize internal HR systems and practices.
  • Supervise employee relations activities, ensuring fair and compliant workplace practices.
  • Design and maintain competitive compensation and benefits structures to support talent attraction and retention.
  • Implement and manage KPI-based performance appraisal systems to drive productivity and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new employees.
  • Promote skill development programs and management training to improve individual and team capabilities.
  • Monitor training effectiveness, collect feedback, and continuously improve training plans.
  • Provide on-site support and guidance to line managers regarding workforce development.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and relevant industry regulations.
  • Update and adjust company HR policies in line with legal requirements and customer standards.
  • Coordinate with local authorities (e.g., labor departments and social insurance agencies).
  • Support internal/external audits and ensure readiness for compliance reviews.
  • Foster company culture and employee engagement through communication and HR initiatives.
  • Organize team-building activities to promote cooperation and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bridge cultural gaps between local teams and expatriates, facilitating smooth integration and mutual understanding.
  • Support expatriates with cultural adaptation and workplace integration.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Labor Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or HRBP roles in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor law, HR compliance practices, and HR system workflows.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in building performance management and compensation systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English or Chinese (spoken and written).
