Job Description

Account Origination:

• Application verification (pre-screening, data entry, document/email/call verification, income calculation, AML/KYC).
• Card and PIN personalization and delivery.
• Monitor card, PIN, and stationery inventory; manage related vendor performance and contracts (including outsourcing vendors for application verification, data capturing, and imaging).

Payment and Settlement:

• Manage and reconcile credit/debit card and loan payments.
• Investigate and resolve payment failures/issues.
• Follow and update payment regulations.
• Prepare regulatory reports.
• Process payments to related parties.

Card Support:

• Create and maintain card accounts.
• Maintain financial and non-financial data.
• Process balance transfers and EPP enrollments.
• Process card redemption requests.
• Process personal loan stamp duty payment and stamping.
• Maintain data and verify enrollment.

Chargeback Management:

• Resolve disputed transactions with acquiring banks.
• Manage recovery of fraudulent transactions.
• Provide reports on disputed transactions for analysis and improvement.
• Update systems and processes to meet new regulatory requirements.

Risk and Control:

• Manage risk and controls for the center's processes.
• Prepare risk, compliance, and MIS reports.
• Manage administration, authorizations, and budget.
• Act as a COPC Independent Reviewer for outsourced vendors.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in Card and Unsecured Lending Operations within Payment/Banking/Fintech organizations (card/loan onboarding and maintenance, fraud/dispute/chargeback management, payment and settlement, regulatory reporting). While some of these (Fintech, Banking) could be seen as brand categories, they're retained here to specify the necessary industry experience.
• Experience in vendor performance management and contract negotiation.
• Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Advanced skills in Visio and macros for SOP and EUC creation are a plus. While Visio is a brand name, it's a key technical skill, so it's retained.
