Job Description
- Analyze legal documents and the legal processes of projects.
- Liaise with authorities to resolve project issues.
- Identify potential projects.
- Assist the Director with daily operations, including translation and interpretation during meetings with local authorities, landlords, etc.
- Support feasibility studies and financial modeling for projects.
- Collaborate with internal departments on legal processes, permit checking, planning, etc.
- Update project legal documents and processes.
- Prepare for and participate in meetings with investors and authorities.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports on the Vietnam real estate market.
- Monitor and analyze the overall investment structure of real estate.
- Provide training to team members.
- Other tasks assigned by the Director.
Job Requirement
- University degree in Finance, Law, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the real estate industry.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role. Experience as a real estate developer is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Market research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure.
- Confident, enthusiastic, polite, and detail-oriented.
