Job Description
- Oversee daily operations and full workflow management (production to delivery).
- Coordinate and lead two production teams (totaling ~10 workers).
- Ensure product quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Support the Factory Manager in daily execution and communication.
- Manage production schedules, resources, and problem resolution.
- Optimize productivity and streamline workflows.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant working environment.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastic, metal, or reflective products.
- Strong background in operations and production management.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Fluency in either English or Korean.
- Proficient in problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in Korean-managed factories is a plus. This indicates the company may be Korean-owned but doesn't mention a specific company name, so it's retained.
- Korean language skills are preferred but not mandatory if fluent in English.
